Eating too much of meat, fish or eggs can also aggravate the yeast infections. It is always better keep the intake of these in moderation.

Condiments: some condiments like ginger and garlic can help to reduce the infections. Garlic has antibacterial properties that will kill the fungus and other harmful micro-organism. Ginger also has some properties that will help cure the candida infection.
